Returns Policy

We guarantee all of our products to be made with premium quality material and craftsmanship.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please read the following for the return / exchange policy and instructions.

• Items that are custom made at the time of purchase, altered by the customer after delivery, and / or worn are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Items damaged during shipping can only be exchanged if reported within three business days of delivery.
• Returns will be accepted with a $15.00 restocking fee and exchanges have a $10.00 reshipping fee.  ($15.00 restocking fee is waived for exchanges ONLY)
• ALL shipping costs incurred for returns / exchanges, international, and expedited shipping are NON refundable.
• Refunds will be issued to the credit card provided at the time of purchase.  Please allow 15 business days for credit to appear on your billing statement.  (orders paid by check or money order must supply a credit card for refund)

Items received that do not meet the above criteria will be returned to sender at their expense.

 Instructions

• Print and fill out this form.  Place it in a box along with the item(s) you are going to return / exchange and a copy of the original invoice.  Returns received without these documents will not be accepted.
• Select the shipping option that will deliver your package before the 20 day deadline. If using the U.S. Postal Service please insure your package for the full value of the item(s).  Returns received after the 20 days will be refused.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
